Registration for Full Media Access provides entry to our library of business articles, live and archived Webcasts, eNewsletter subscriptions and subscribe/unsubscribe capability. Your contact information may be shared with our limited number of conference sponsors to help them accurately match their message to audience needs. Shopping
Purchase of products or services from our Web site requires completion of an order form. Information required may include: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, company name, credit card number, card expiration date and card holder name.

Contact information from the order form is used solely to fulfill orders and send emails confirming your order and its status. Shipping and credit card processing are outsourced. Cyber Source, our collections vendor, is authorized to bill purchasers for products and services ordered. Outsource companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

The BetterInfectionControl.com web concierge will use the contact information to respond to, or redirect your question or comment to the appropriate staff member. Basic Library Access or Full Media Access registration creates Your Account. You may review and update any of your personal information when you are signed in to Your Account. Any updates will automatically be made to Your Account. All registered users of the site can access and edit their information through the View Account link located at the top right of the site navigation bar.

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement.
